I purchased the entire system (3 gallon tank with base mount.) Since purchase, I’ve had to replace the tank cap, which split at the top, and the lower hose connection for the same reason. A buddy of mine bought one after seeing mine, and had the same issue. For a couple extra dollars, using aluminum would have been a better option in my opinion.

Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate hearing back from our customers. One thing to keep in mind with the cap splitting, is the cap is double threaded, which means it only has to be finger snug. Over tightening can cause stripping and sometimes cracking. Let us know if you have any questions!

Finally, a jug with replacement parts available! I have sooo many other cans that are now junk due to dried up seals or lost / broken caps / vents. This is a nice option for a great can. Been very happy with my EZ jugs. Thanks Risk Racing for offer parts instead of forcing me into another can just to keep them sealed up and fresh. Nice touch!
